What attracted us most to this house was mainly the location. We are close enough to the town to be able to walk to the shops and seafront, but also have a convenience shop just around the corner, the park at the end of the road, and we are a short walk from the loop bus route if we do not fancy driving! Since we have been here we've had a new kitchen and bathroom installed, we have regularly redecorated and re-carpeted and more recently had laminate flooring put in downstairs.
We have enjoyed the open plan dining room and lounge, and have had many happy family occasions here. The only reason we are moving is to relocate to a more rural area.
