We have been so happy living here. The two big bonuses for us have been the enclosed rear garden as it is ideal to enjoy the summer in private, but also great for children and pets to run around and play. The second is the location. Whenever we don't want to drive, we can either walk into Broadstairs or St Peters village and enjoy all the shops that are available. Alternatively, the Thanet Loop bus stop is just at the end of the road with routes all over Thanet and as far as Canterbury you can get around very easily.
Anyone who moves here we are sure will be as happy as we have been.
