I have lived here in Devon Road now for twenty four years and it has served me brilliantly.
It’s a great location; as it is so close to so many things but it’s also right on the bus route so if you need to get into town or even out of town all you have to do is walk to the end of the road.
I have done a lot to the property since living here and it has been decorated a few times so hopefully the new owners won’t have to do a lot.
The loft room was converted a few years ago now and has a pull down ladder so makes storage so much easier or someone might want to use it as an office.
