We have owned the property for many years now. It is safe to say that it’s been a joy to live here. Everything is just so close by. Southsea is a walk able distance and Gunwharf is a stroll up the road. So in terms of evening entertainment we are well and truly spoilt.

The only reason we are now thinking of moving is that we are ready for a slightly slower pace of life.
