Property description

LOCATION:
Employment in Constantine over the centuries has centred on the river, farming and granite quarries. Now with very little quarrying done, and no schooners and barques using the river, tourism is very important, with lots of vessels enjoying the river with its beautiful creeks and small beaches.
Fore Street is made up of traditional granite cottages, with a 13th Century Parish Church, and a 19th Century Methodist Chapel which has now become a unique arts centre and museum known as the Tolmen Centre.
Within the village there is a grocers, Post Office & General Store with very large off-licence (including 500 different whiskies). There is also a Craft Gallery with a local Information Centre and Internet access.
There are Doctor’s and Dentist’s surgeries; a village pub and a Social Club. The village is served with regular bus services to Helston and Falmouth (both about 7 miles away) and Truro (14 miles).

DIRECTIONS:
From the A39 just north of Treliever roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Treliever Road (for Mabe Burnthouse) and follow for 0.5 miles. After 1.1 miles go right at the cross road. After another half a mile fork left, go 1.6 miles then follow the road around to the right and continue for 1.2 miles.
