Property description

This delightful property offers you everything and more! It is situated in a modern development, in quiet cul-de-sac away from any passing traffic, and is surrounded by similar houses with well kept gardens.

Once inside you will notice that the house has been well maintained and very much loved. All of the rooms look as if they have been freshly decorated in neutral colours ready for you to just collect your belongings and move straight in. The kitchen/diner is open plan to create a very sociable area and the family can relax in the good size, cosy lounge at the end of a busy day.

All of the bedrooms are well proportioned and the en-suite shower room, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom will certainly help with the morning rush. There's no need to be fighting over parking as there is a garage as well as a driveway for two cars at the front.

Not only does this house offer you everything, so does the location! It is a very sought after area and when houses in this area come on the market they get "snapped" up quickly. For those of you unfamiliar with the area, Perry Street, with its choice of mini supermarket, shops and amenities, is just a stone's throw away. Commuters will be pleased to know that Gravesend town centre is also within walking distance and offers a high speed service that will whisk you into London in just twenty minutes. For the active and sporty then Cygnetts leisure centre is just along the road and the A2/M2 networks are less than a five minute driveway.

What the Owner says:

We have happily lived here for thirteen years. It ticked every box and more when we were searching for a family home.

Our son was a baby at the time so location and schools were very important and found that there was a good choice of primary and secondary schools within walking distance.

The hub of the house is definitely the kitchen/diner and, on a hot summer day, we open the French doors to flood the house with fresh air. I can watch the children happily play whilst preparing lunch or the evening meal.
