I have loved living here now for just over 30 years and it breaks my heart to leave, but now that the kids are all grown up I really think it should be enjoyed by a family again.

I am not moving far, just into town into a brand new home where I can downsize slightly and enjoy the rest of my future. I have done many things here over the years to make the house homely and very economical to live in. I do also have a garage which I bought separately years ago which if anyone would like as well, then I’m happy to listen to sensible offers (by separate negotiation).
