DIRECTIONS FROM EXETER
Take the A377 main road from the north of the city toward Crediton for about 3 miles, until arriving in Newton St Cyres, go through the dip past the Crown and Sceptre and turn right as you leave the village ‘signed The Beer Engine.’ Follow the road over the bridge. Keep on the same road and just up the hill past the Beer Engine you will see a sign on the right hand side for ‘New Estate’. There is a car park just as you turn into that road. Number 8 is a little further along on the right hand side.
