What The Owner SaysThe house has been a wonderful home for us for over 6 years. Location-wise, we couldn't fault it. It's a stone's throw from the sprawling Heaton park and a 5 minute walk to the tram stop with easy links to Manchester and Bury. You can walk to Prestwich village in 10 minutes with it's variety of shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Close enough for convenience, far enough away for peace and quiet.
The neighbours on both sides are quiet, considerate and friendly - we really couldn't ask for better neighbours.The house itself benefits from getting all the sun and heat in the back garden during the afternoon and evening, so it's great for barbecuing or sitting out on the decking with a glass of wine or a beer in the summer.
