We have lived here for 18 very happy years and in that time we have put our two children through the local schools; one of whom went on to study at university, which we feel is a great accreditation for the local schools.
When we moved in, this house wasn’t in the condition that it is today. We had an extension built in 2004, this enabled us to have an extra bedroom upstairs and an additional room on the ground floor The roof was also redone when the extension was built. We also had the cavity wall ties replaced in 1997, so you won’t need to worry about having these done.
