I have lived here for around 26 years and have loved every minute in this house.

Since moving in I have made many improvements including a cloakroom which is so handy. I have also put in gas central heating, UPVC double glazing and re-decorated throughout.

The garden is a delight and also has the potential for building a double garage subject to planning permission. It was something I would have done if I was staying but sadly its now time for me to move on and let my house go but I am sure the new owners will enjoy it here as much as I have.
