This was only the second property that we had viewed, we knew straight away that this was the one. I worked locally so knew what a great area it was and of course the commute to work was easy. I also loved the position of the house, away from the road the green area is lovely to look upon, and when the children were little they loved to play out there safely with their friends. It more than compensated for a smaller garden, which was easy to look after but still had plenty of room for the trampoline!
We have never found a problem parking as we have room for two cars behind the garden and the garage, which like most people we use for storage.
