Property description
This Neo-Georgian style terraced property has been much improved over the past few years, so buyers will have DIY free weekends to do as they please. And if sitting back, relaxing in your sunny rear garden isn’t your thing then you have everything that Horsham has to offer you just a short walk away.
The lounge area has a beautiful curved bay window that offers a lovely view over the front garden and the treeline behind. The new fire and surround provide another focal point and keep you cosy and warm on cold winter evenings. The dining area is situated right next door to the refitted kitchen area and leads into the conservatory that overlooks the rear garden, and could be the perfect place to sit back and relax with a good book and a drink on a beautiful sunny afternoon.
The kitchen area is finished to a high standard, the high gloss cream units provide ample storage space, and hide away the new Worcester combination boiler. There is also a gas hob and electric oven for your convenience.
So whether you are a young professional couple working your way up the property ladder, or maybe a buyer in their later years looking to downsize and to put some equity into the pension pot. This well cared for and modern home in it’s ideal location is certainly worth coming to take a closer look at.
What the Owner says:
We were moving back to Horsham after spending 8 years down in Devon. Not only did we want to be back nearer family but we also wanted to be as near to as many local facilities as possible, and North Parade was very hard to beat.
The local Co-op is just over the road and really handy for those daily essentials. The Dog and Bacon is a lovely friendly pub, and is perfect for a drink or two, sat out in the beer garden on a warm summers evening. Horsham Park, the Hospital, the mainline station and Horsham town centre are all within easy walking distance and after living in the middle of nowhere for 8 years this has been absolute heaven.
