I have lived in this house since I was 11 years old and have raised my children here. It’s incredible to see the transformation of Hollingdean and Brighton for that matter! The centre of town is walk able and its one of the few locations where parking outside your own house is free and easy!
Many young families are moving into the road and you can see why with the great schools and friendly neighbours. ‘The Dip’ which is at the end of the road is also really useful to pick up your daily items when you need them. With a Post Office, a Café and Pharmacy its very convenient.
Moving on from the house will be bitter-sweet but I am looking forward to my exciting new beginning in Seaford and hope whoever buys this house will make as many memories here as I did.
