We bought this property a few years ago as it had some lovely original features, was in a very sought after area, was a good size and had a sunny rear garden, in fact, it ticked all the boxes! There are also schools nearby and the A2/M2 motorway networks are just a short drive away which is perfect if you drive to work or want to spend a sunny Sunday at the coast with the family.
