Property description
Here we have this beautiful 1930's mid terraced home which should suit every member of the family.
For those of you unfamiliar with the area, Gravesend town centre is on your doorstep, so if you commute to work you will be pleased to know that Gravesend railway station offers a high speed service that could whisk you into the heart of the City in just over twenty minutes. Or, perhaps, you could jump aboard at Ebbsfleet International station and enjoy a long weekend on the continent.
Back to the house! The property itself offers everything you could want, need and more. You are greeted by a welcoming entrance hall where you will instantly feel at home. The lounge area, with its stunning feature fire really sets the scene for a cosy night in front of the television and, being open plan to the dining area, offers a great space for socialising with friends whilst you treat them to some of your best cooked cuisine.
Outside is a large garden ideal for summer barbecues with friends and family and plenty of lawn space for the little ones to play upon.
If nice picturesque walks are your thing, then you will love the location as it is just a few minute's’ walk for you to uncover the historic Woodland Park or, perhaps, if you are a golfing enthusiast, then Mid Kent Golf club, which is just along the road, will give you plenty of opportunity for you to perfect your handicap.
What the Owner says:
When we first viewed this property we fell in love with the location. As soon as we stepped through the front door we were amazed by the space on offer.
The location is so handy as you can walk everywhere so there really is no need to own a car. There are good schools within walking distance, shops and local amenities too. There is a family pub just over the road which has a great atmosphere and where you can enjoy lunch with your new neighbours.
We are now looking to relocate to be closer to work but if we could pick the house up and take it with us then we would. We hope the new owners will be as happy here as we have been over the years.
