When we were looking to buy 13 years ago, we were delighted when this one came available. We knew the owners, and that it had been refurbished 2 years prior, so we could move straight in without having to do any work. We loved the size of the house and particular love the parking as with houses only down one side but parking down both, parking is so much better than other roads in the area. Over the years we have made further improvements including decorating inside and out and moving the bathroom into the smallest bedroom giving us a bigger 3rd bedroom. It has been a great house, ideal for us to raise our family and is now time for us to move on and for another family to enjoy living here as much as we have.
