When we were looking to buy 8 years ago we wanted a spacious house but also wanted good parking. This proved to be a very difficult combination to satisfy. So as soon as we viewed this one we knew that it was the one.
It was so much bigger than anything else we had viewed and with houses only down one side of the road and parking on both, it provided probably the best parking in the area.
The other real bonus is the southfacing garden, we love the sun and have spent many a happy time entertaining and relaxing in the garden, when the weather permits.
