15 years ago I was looking to start up a property portfolio, so was looking for a well located and popular style of house. This one ticked all the boxes so I went ahead and bought it. It did need some improvement and over the years I have done lots of work including re-fitting the kitchen and bathroom, decorating, laying new floor coverings and most recently replacing the boiler with a far more efficient one. Although I was new to the buying process, all those years ago it proved to be a really good investment and I have never had a problem letting it.
I am now looking to release some of the equity, so it is time for me to sell and I am sure that it will prove to be a good investment for the next buyer or a great home.
