We have thoroughly enjoyed living here over the last fourteen years and have now decided that the home is too large for us and we are looking to downsize.

We have made many improvements since we have lived here including most recently having the chimney re-pointed and new guttering to the front of the house. In previous years we have replaced the boiler and also had new carpets fitted in the bedrooms.

We have found the neighbourhood to be particularly friendly and extremely convenient as we have a Tesco Express just around the corner.
