Property description
Enjoy becoming part of village life in this pretty semi rural village. You have all the advantages of a small friendly community and country surroundings yet without feeling remote as you can connect easily with the motorways, Aylesford with its rail station and both Maidstone and Rochester.
As soon as you step into this bright home you can instantly tell the care and effort that has gone into making this a beautiful home. A crisp white bathroom suite and attractive decor means you can forget DIY, simply move straight in, keeping your costs down and enjoy the fruits of the owner’s labour!
All three bedrooms are a great size, no box room to argue over here and the living space has been greatly enhanced by the addition of a modern conservatory, perfect to relax in or use as a dining or entertaining space with its attractive high vaulted ceiling and views over the vineyards. Always top of the wish list is a good kitchen; the kitchen here is a great size and it comes with sleek integrated appliances such as oven and hob, fridge and freezer, so is very easy on the eye too.
We often find that people move within this village which speaks volumes as to the desirability of this location and, with a complete range of flats and house types from character to modern, it has a nice mix of residents from first time buyers to families and retired too making it a really friendly place to live.
What the Owner says:
I have loved my time here in this quiet little offshoot of the Close. The village has a friendly family pub which is great to get a bite to eat and have a drink in the beer garden and, as well as having a local shop with post office, there is a doctors’ surgery and infant and primary school too.
It is easy to lose yourself in pretty surrounding country walks and visit local sites of interest like Kits Coty and The Friars.
I am only moving now to take a step up the property ladder and I will certainly be happy to stay in the village.
