We had been looking in a range of settings and stumbled across East Grinstead as friends of ours lived close by.
This house was in a far better condition than others we had looked at. The previous owners had renovated the property throughout and there was nothing we needed to do. As a growing family the idea of a bathroom and separate shower was ideal.
We'll miss the condition of the house and the convenience of being so close to the town and train station as well as our children's play school.
