We had always wanted a brand new home, something that didn't need anything doing to it, which made it an ideal second home. Being a terraced property we have found that the house gets incredibly warm and cosy in the winter months. When the weather is better we love to enjoy the newly decked area and low maintenance garden. This has certainly worked for us and we will be sad to sell it but hope the new owners love it as much as we have over the last 8 years.
