When I first saw this house it was such a crying shame in how poor the condition it was given the amount of character it had. I also liked the location as the town centre was just a short walk away.
I bought it as an investment and since I have owned it I have entirely re-furbished it throughout installing a new kitchen and bathroom as well as decorating. The home is now ready for someone to move in straight away.
