We moved here 5 years ago and were first time buyers when we stepped through the door for the first time. We were desperately after a period house in the town, and although this house needed completely modernising from top to bottom, we could see the potential and jumped at the chance to get on the ladder. Since living here we have carefully refurbished the house throughout, taking particular care to keep the character features as we did. The location is amazing with the town centre, stations and schools all close by. We are lucky to have an arrangement to park two cars so can leave the cars at home and enjoy all the benefits of having everything on the doorstep. Our new canine addition can also vouch for the exceptional walks he gets to enjoy!!
