This has been our family home for nearly 30 years and we have always enjoyed living in the house and the local area. Darenth is a quiet village which is surrounded by countryside, so it is a relaxing and peaceful place to live. At the same time it is still close to lots of different amenities so it has the best of both worlds in that respect. From here it is very easy to make use of the motorways, with the A2/M2 and the M25/Dartford Crossing being just a short drive away. Other useful amenities, such as Bluewater and Darenth Valley Hospital are also right on the doorstep.

The house itself has 3 good sized bedrooms and we like the fact that it has 2 separate reception rooms. This has been great especially as the children have got older. We have a nice garden and views over the fields at the back. The road is also very quiet and, being in a cul de sac, it is a really safe place if you have children or pets to consider.
