I have lived here for over 30 years and have really enjoyed living in this part of Dartford. We have always lived locally, the children have attended local schools. What we always found very handy was that you could walk to Dartford or Crayford train stations and you could also walk down to the town if it is a nice day.
At the rear we erected a car port over a parking space, this kept the car safe and clean throughout the winter months. We also had light and electrical sockets in the garage which we doubled up as a workshop.
