We bought this house approximately 4 years ago as we loved the location. It was ideally situated for schools which were hugely important. We noticed how quiet the area was when we first viewed and have been very lucky to have had the best of both worlds for so long.
Since living here we have done a great deal of work to the house, including replacing the kitchen and bathroom and redecorating throughout. We also made the patio garden secure and safe. Our 2 boys have played outside and explored the open space opposite too; they have grown up very happily here. We are sure the new owners will be very pleased with all this home has to offer.
