When buying this property, one of the most important things to us was transport links and we couldn't have hoped for more than what we have here. Not just being so close to the Central Line but also having a selection of different buses has been a massive benefit to us. If we were without a car we could get pretty much get wherever we needed to with the transport links that we have.

We have enjoyed spending many weekends with the family doing activities at the near by places such as Fairlop waters and Hainault cycle centre, and even taking walks over hainault forest which again is just a short walk away. We have lived here for nearly ten years and have thoroughly enjoyed being here.
