We were attracted to this property because of the size and its prominent location.

It had curb appeal from the front with the bay windows, once we was inside it felt like home.

The property has been rented out for several years now which provides a good return.

Since the tenants have moved out we have modernised it throughout, but have kept it quite neutral so very easy to change.

It is a great location if you work in London.
