I wanted a place which was within good access to all amenities for my budget at the time, so I was really pleased with this one. The space on offer was amazing which you just can't appreciate by just looking from the front. It felt right from the moment I walked through the front door and it still does today.

I love the fact that I walked into an entrance hall instead of straight into the lounge unlike some of the other houses in the immediate location. In comparison to some of the other houses we viewed this was by far the best value for money.

The property has served me well so far and I do hope the new owners feel exactly the same.
