We moved down here from London a few years ago in order to find good value for money, which is what this place had to offer. In comparison to some of the other houses we viewed, this had space both internally and externally which you just couldn't appreciate by looking from the front.
The open plan layout was a massive attraction for us, because it meant our living area was going to be a social one, we tend to entertain quite frequently so this was perfect. We have made changes to improve our home, but we have kept it relatively neutral so it is very easy to change. It has been a great home for us and we do hope the new owners feel exactly the same.
