We chose this house because it’s so lovely and spacious. It was also in great decorative order and just ready for us to move straight in. The downstairs has been extended so there is a lovely big lounge/dining room. It’s great for spreading out and relaxing. We had the flat roof on the extension replaced in 2014 and this comes with a 20 year guarantee. Apart from that, we haven’t really needed to do too much to the house. We would really recommend the area here. The neighbours are really nice, friendly and quiet. There’s a good local bus route and the train station is just down the road too. It’s a real bonus having the garage and the shared parking at the back of the house, so we don’t have to park on Island Road.
