This has been a key location for me as the commute into the City is swift and stress free. My son works locally too and enjoys visiting the City at the weekends. I chose this house due to its kerb appeal as I have always liked the Mock Tudor appearance. Since I have been in this property I have freshened it up throughout including plastering, decorating and new carpets. Come rain or shine it never fails to put a smile on my face. I use many of the local amenities and you will often seen me at Catch restaurant at Buckhurst Hill. On a Sunday it's so nice to pop to Costa and have a coffee and catch up with friends or just relax and read a newspaper. The conservatory at the rear is a useful addition and provides some versatility to the living accommodation.
