What really grabbed us had to be the location as you have everything on your doorstep but at the same time having that semi rural feel.
You also can't beat the schools as you are in some of the best catchment areas. Another great aspect has to be transport links.
We will be quite sad to leave here and if it was not for wanting somewhere bigger we would not be leaving.
