This house was perfect for our first family home. We made friends with the neighbours very quickly, particularly with the annual community events like Zocalo which is for one afternoon we all meet annually and we sit outside and get to know one and another. We also enjoy the Hanover street party and the Hanover Beer Festival. Being just a ten minute walk to Brighton railway station is a real bonus, as well as being ten minutes from the seafront and the famous Brighton lanes. We have had the garden landscaped and it is a real sun trap, as well as being really safe for a three year old to play in. The loft could easily be converted into a fourth bedroom with en-suite, as many of our neighbours have done this.
