This was my family home for many years and my daughter was very happy growing up in the area and going to the local schools, she loved the area that her first flat she brought herself was only up the road!
I’m spending more and more of my time away from the house travelling the world and visiting friends and it is such a big place for just me to enjoy! I could see the house being perfect for a young family to come in and take advantage of the great local schools and easily accessible transport links.
The sunny garden is one of the things I will miss the most as when it’s out, it travels round the garden giving hours and hours of sunlight.
