Having had to queue to secure a property in the development we initially missed out but was fortunate enough to make the reserve list which luckily a property came available on.

The specification of the house is so good that is has extra features that you wouldn’t expect such as triple glazed windows. All of the extra features and specification make the house extra energy efficient and keep bills lovely and low.

It is sad to sell such a great property so early on but we are sure new owners will enjoy it as a loving home.
