When we bought the property, it hadn't been touched for decades and so when we made the decision to renovate, we knew that the property would have to be stripped back to start again.
We had the property rewired and replastered. Additional sound proofing was put into the party walls.
We put in new skirting boards and fireplaces that are in keeping with the age of the house. All the wood flooring was stripped back and the lounge flooring was replaced altogether including the supporting timbers.
There is no chain involved in this property so we are willing to complete as soon as possible.
