Vendor Comment
The House comes with owned PV Solar Panels which were installed in 2011. The panels are guaranteed to generate a tax free income from Feed In Tariff payments until 2031. The current amount paid per kilowatt is 49.43 pence which rises in line with inflation each year. Over the 4 and a bit years we have had the solar panels we have earned between £800-£900 per year depending on how sunny the summer was! Our electricity bills have also fallen by approx. 15%. The panels have to be signed over to the new owners of the house, this is done with a simple transfer in/out form.
