Property description

Wonderfully spacious, immaculately finished and competitively priced! Sound too good to be true? Well fear not, because that is just what we have waiting for you in this stunning family home! Located in a popular part of Woodingdean, round the corner from Rudyard Kipling primary school and Kipling Park, this fabulous home is perfect for those looking for their ‘forever’ home. As you pull up in your own driveway large enough for at least 2 cars, you can immediately see why this would be your perfect home.

Step through the front door and you are greeted by a spacious hallway inviting you into this beautiful home. With a spacious modern shower room downstairs and a further family bathroom on the first floor, this home is perfect for family living. A brilliantly spacious lounge flows perfectly onto a fabulous kitchen, which looks out onto a fantastic rear garden, the perfect setting for enjoying a glass or two at the end of a hard day’s work! Add all of this to a delightful conservatory currently used as a dining area and you have the makings of your perfect new home.

With the addition of three good size bedrooms, which perfectly round off this fantastic home, just waiting for its new owners to move in and create many happy memories for years to come. Be quick to arrange your viewing, as we can guarantee this home won’t be around for long!

What the Owner says:

When we first moved into this home it was in need of quite of bit of TLC, but we loved the potential and space it offered. We have spent an awfully long time getting it up to its current standard, but we know that the next owners really will enjoy every moment here, just as we have.

The area is fantastic as the bus stop is right round the corner , so access into Brighton is very easy and when we need a pint of milk, or loaf of bread the local corner shop is literally round the corner! We really couldn’t have asked for a better place to live over the last few years and shall be sad to leave, but do so knowing that the new owners will have a home to enjoy for years to come.
