We chose this property due to its key location. For commuting we couldn't get much nearer to Woodford station, but then again it's just outside the controlled parking area which is really handy when people come over to visit. Since we have been here we have overhauled the property to give it a modern and spacious feel. More recently we have painted and decorated throughout so whoever buys it can just move in and start enjoying their lives straightaway. Due to the fact that there aren't many houses down this road it's quite nice that we have got to know our neighbours and it certainly is a friendly street. The road links are very good and it only takes a short time to drive to South Woodford, Loughton or Chigwell for shopping, dining out or visiting the local gyms.
