For over 30 years this has been a home for our family and I have fond memories of growing up here.
Sadly after mum passed away Dad lost interest maintaining and improving the house, so now there are certainly renovation works required.
The location is great, a quiet unmade, private road, that with long standing neighbours has a nice sense of community.
Sad to see the house like it is now, but with some renovations new owners will have a wonderful family home.
