Property description
Westbourne is a quintessential West Sussex village with white washed houses thatch and a pretty centre it is nestled on the edge of the Southdowns national park ideal for horse riding, cycling or walking enthusiasts with a myriad of paths and bridal ways to explore.
Unable to expand much more this charming village offers it all with a superb school for primary age groups, a post office, Co-op, cafe, takeaways, restaurants and pubs all providing a warm welcome.
This smartly presented house would make an ideal home for a young family and the community spirit in the village is strong with children still knocking on each other and playing outside and neighbours enjoying community events.
Enjoying a sunny aspect with a attractive conservatory to the rear allowing you to enjoy the garden all of the year, your own drive and garage so parking is a breeze and a full width kitchen diner so you can cook while the children finish their homework or your guests can chat while you create the evening meal.
We would strongly recommended on early viewing to avoid disappointment.
What the Owner says:
We bought this house and it has been a really happy home. We have loved living here. I am now looking to the future and inevitably having to give up the car but if it wasn't for this I would stay in Westbourne as its delightful with nearly everything you need provided and all only a few minutes walk away.
The community spirit is amazing and its so friendly just like it should be and the house is lovely too.
The aspect of the garden gives us sun whenever it comes out and we have spent many happy hours in the conservatory or our low maintenance garden it is easy to run and the area is wonderful if you like walking.
I will be sad to leave but its now time for a chapter in my life but hope it will provide someone else with as many years of enjoyment as it has us.
