We have lived here for 25 years. What attracted us to the property was the tree lined road, the fact that it was a chalet style house and it was much bigger than our old property, it was also near to the station.

Since living here we have replaced the windows, flooring, roof, insulated the loft, installed a new fire place, new boiler, new bathroom and we have re-plastered most of the house, we have even pebble dashed the rear of the property.

We are now going to move further out in to Kent and clear our mortgage. We know whoever buys this property will be as happy as we have been to live here.
