I have been extremely happy living here over the last 47 years having raised my family and found the area to be particularly friendly and convenient.
Many improvements and changes over the years have been undertaken and more recently I have had a new boiler installed within the last year. Other improvements have included replacing the windows and doors and last year I had the lounge re-decorated as well as the hall , stairs and landing area.
I will be quite sad to leave but have decided that I do not need all of this space as it is more suitable for a family.
