I bought this property in Tyler Hill as a lifestyle home. My daughter was studying at the University of Kent, just down the road, which makes this location simply ideal. I need to regularly travel into central London and Tyler Hill is great for quick access to the High Speed 1 rail link from Canterbury West into London St Pancras. We love dogs and the countryside. The countryside walks begin just a few feet away from the rear garden. Add to this great parking for a number of cars and also quick access into Canterbury city centre itself and this really is the place to be!
