We have rented this property out for many years and it has proved to be a good investment.

The things that attracted me to this house originally were the location and the size of the rear garden. There is plenty of room for children to play safely in the large garden and for everyone else to relax! Getting out and about is easy whether you have a car or you like to use public transport. The number 700 stops nearby regularly and Southwick train station is just a short walk away.

Being vacant and with no chain means it makes moving easier for the new owners too.
