I originally lived in Southbourne and moved to Tangmere but realised that I missed the community feel of Southbourne, so were quick to return.
Having been here 35 years, I have updated the property by adding double glazing, the fireplace in the lounge, the French doors to the rear garden, a cloakroom and I have also had the kitchen refurbished.
The local transport is extremely accessible and plentiful whether it be the bus service or the train.
I will be sad to leave but just don't need all the space anymore and I hope that the next owners enjoy the property and location as much as I have.
