As soon as we saw this property, we knew it was the one for us. We were able to move straight in and enjoy the home without having to pull apart and start again, which was refreshing compared to others we had viewed. We love the fact we are out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the local shops and station, but close enough that it's a walk away. Fenchurch Street station takes about half an hour on C2C from Ockendon Station, and if I'm on the road, I can access the A12/A127 and M25 all within 10 minutes. We have made a few improvements in our time here, which includes the pond, brick built BBQ and internal decor. I have also taken the time to board the loft area so it makes perfect storage space.
